VILLA LA BETULLA: restored in 2006, but maintained as in the beginning with doors and floors in chestnut wood.
Very cozy rustic style furniture is divided into two floors for a total of 106 square meters.
Loggia in front of the private entrance.
Ground floor: living room with sofa and armchairs, fireplace and satellite TV, 4 burner stove, electric oven.
dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, dining area, toilet with shower, stone staircase closet, first floor: toilet with shower, n. 2 double bedrooms (also baby bed),
n. 1 single room (also baby bed), n. 1 bedroom with bunk bed (also wardrobe / wardrobe area).
