This apartment is full of original character in a prime location ideal for beach and shops. First floor apartment with huge spacious lounge has laminated flooring, large LCD TV with WI-FI.

The sea can be viewed from the wide sash bay window.

The spacious modern kitchen/diner has high gloss wall and floor standing units inclusive of ceramic hob, oven, integrated dish washer and washing machine.

There are two double bedrooms, bedroom one king size bed, (bedroom 2 is a twin) both have wardrobes.

Fabulous location and lovely old building. However, we had to wash a lot of the pots, and and dishes before using and several of the pillows were stained. Also we had expected a pull out couch in the living room as described in the VRBO notes

Flat is very nice inside. Right on the beach. It's a 30 second walk away. Right next to town centre and all the restaurants and pubs. Photos are true to experience. Great stay. Would book again.

Great apartment ideally situated near the seafront one way and near the shops the other, both within short walking distance. Lively town with lots of places to eat and good variety of local shops and chain stores. Also near to the Robert Burns museum. Good base for visiting the coast of Ayrshire and also the Galloway forest and Loch Doon which was spectacular.

Perfect Stay

I stay in Ayr regularly to visit family and this is definitely one of the best we’ve stayed at. The location is ideal for town and the beach. The garden a lovely addition and the size of the property is great.

The apartment had a pungent smell, dirty crockery, filthy stairs, and as for the outside seating area it was dirty, overgrown, decking hadn’t been cleaned in years, along with the bench and seating, unfit to sit in

The flat is in a great location, 2 minutes walk from Ayr seafront and very close to the town centre with a good range of restaurants, cafes and bars. The rooms were a great size and I loved the south facing outdoor space.

Beautiful Spot in Ayr

This was a wonderful well-appointed character flat in Ayr. It is only 2 blocks from the beach and within easy walking distance to many shops & restaurants. If planning a trip to Ayr I would highly recommend this spot.

Comfy stay

Family get together….accommodation very roomy and comfortable……accommodated 11 adults in the lounge without feeling crammed. Kitchen fully equipped and the bedrooms airy and comfortable. Very good stay. Amenities all close by …….lovely walks along the seafront which is just a stones throw from the flat.

A week in Ayr

This is a wonderful and conveniently located flat in the heart of Ayr. Lots of great restaurants nearby and everything is within walking distance. We loved the spacious living room and the outdoor patio. The neighbours were very friendly and welcoming and the owners were very responsive to all questions and concerns. We would definitely return.
