Short walk to playground, tennis & pickleball courts, shops (Cherry Republic), restaurants (BooneDocks, Art's Tavern), wine tasting (Glen Arbor Wines, M22) and Lake Michigan's Sleeping Bear Bay. Paved bicycling/running Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail located around the block. Bike to the Sleeping Bear Dunes beaches (including Sleeping Bear Point--National Geographic's #1 of 21 Most Beautiful Beaches in the World), Dune Climb, Historic Glen Haven, Empire, and more. First floor master suite with king bed and ensuite full bath with jetted tub and separate shower, second floor second bedroom with 2 twin beds, second floor third bedroom with 3 twin beds, also a large second floor playroom with 2 twin beds and twin murphy bed. Second floor full bath with tub/shower. Full pull-out couch in first-floor den. Half bath on main floor. WiFi, A/C, gas fireplace, dishwasher, washer and dryer, gas grill, front porch, screened porch eating area, back deck, fire pit, 2-car garage. Weekly rentals in Summer season, 3 night minimum Off-season. Check-In 4PM, Check out by 10AM.

Perfect location in Glen Arbor

Fantastic house in perfect location to the town of Glen Arbor. Very secluded and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Host was friendly and the house was very clean and exactly how it was described. Would definitely stay here again next year.

Another wonderful stay

Our second time staying at this property and it again exceeded expectations. The property is incredibly clean and stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed the bikes and the nearby trails this year and of course love how close the home is to the shops and restaurants and all the beautiful beaches. The perfect house for our needs!

Amazing getaway

The location of this property was so close to all the local shops and restaurants, we were easily able to walk to everything we wanted to do in town which was really nice. The property itself was extremely clean, accommodating and thoughtful to guests; a true home away from home experience. The host was so pleasant and welcoming, would love to stay again!

Fall family weekend Up North

Great fall extended weekend Up North with the family. This house was perfect for getting our whole gang together in Glen Arbor. So much to do we couldn’t do half of what we hoped, but this house was the ideal center point of our trip and we’d certainly like to come back again.

Great place! Comes with lots of recreational activity items. We used the kayaks, bicycles (one with kid cart), tennis rackets, pickleball rackets and beach chairs, towels and toys. Nice firepit out back. House is very nice, kitchen is well stocked. Nice area. Easy walk to a nice park, Cherry Republic and downtown. Sleeping Bear Dunes and several beaches not far away. Mountain bike trails also not far away. Lots of little towns to visit in the area. Hope to be back sometime soon!

Excellent home in beautiful Glen Arbor

We have stayed in multiple properties in Glen Arbor & this beautiful home is our favorite. There are spaces for every one to enjoy time together & time with friends or alone. Everything you can imagine you can find in garage (tubes, beach chairs & towels, bikes, etc) & in the kitchen (utensils, condiments, spices, etc). Beds were comfortable & house was sparkling clean! We look forward to staying again!

Nice house in a perfect location

Our family of four stayed here for a week in August and enjoyed our time in Glen Arbor and surrounding area. The house was well stocked for anything you would need for outdoor (and indoor/rainy day) activities with kids. Easy access to Glen Arbor yet a quiet location. It would be nice to have chairs available for use by the fire pit.Well stocked kitchen was helpful. We enjoyed our stay here!

Perfect location. Great set up. Responsive and gracious hosts.

Played lots of pickleball. Walks to Lake Michigan and down town. Close to the bike path. We had incredible weather for October, but even if there would have been bad weather, the house has lots of space to spread out. We hope to be back.

Perfect knitting weekend

This is a beautiful house, and the decor and furnishing make it so comfortable and welcoming. It’s a short walk to coffee, restaurants, shops and the beach in Glen Arbor. Great for a girls weekend where those who wanted to could get out for a walk on the Heritage Trail while others enjoyed the comfort of a cozy living room, to visit and knit around the fireplace.

Fantastic. House was very clean and had everything needed for a great stay. House layout is great. There were so many amenities (coffee grinder, waffle maker). Sand toys for children they had were better than the ones we brought. Kids room had toys/activities for all ages. My 5 yo granddaughter latched onto the pirate ship which became her toy. Didn’t have time to use the kayaks, maybe next time. Very close to beech and sleeping bear dunes. Check out process was very simple. I hope to stay there in the future. Next time I’m taking pictures of the place.

Another Perfect Vacation!

This was our third stay at this lovely home and it will never get old. Home is always immaculate and owner always a joy! Location is amazing whether you love being active or just want to relax! My young adult children love coming here and look forward to it every year just as much as I do. The only problem is that we never have enough time to do all that we planned. We are always grateful to Sheila and Todd for sharing their dream vacation home with us.
