In the heart of the Nîmes scrubland, contemporary villa of 130 m2 on one level with dominant view, ideally located 5 minutes from the city center of Nîmes and 15 minutes from Uzès.

The villa is perfect for peacefully accommodating 2 families. It consists of 4 bedrooms (3 double beds and 2 single beds), a large modern living / dining room, kitchen open to a shaded summer terrace (pergola and electric blind).
The house is surrounded by a large 3000 m2 garden with a heated outdoor spa for 6 people.
An outdoor kitchen equipped with a sink and a plancha for your grilling.
A summer lounge, hammock and lounge chairs are available for your naps cradled in the sound of cicadas.
A ping pong table and a trampoline are available.
