With 300 m², of indoor space, you'll have ample room to relax and unwind in this villa. The estate has a salt water swimming pool, with plenty of sunshine throughout the day and a garden-patio with a chill-out space. It is also well situated so you can quickly reach all the tourist destinations Ibiza offers.
The has four rooms plus an extra room specially designed for children. Four of the five rooms are on the top floor with great sea views. All rooms and the large living room and dining room are air-conditioned. The villa has two kitchens, one in the interior of the house and another in the garden patio where the out-door barbecue area is located. There is plenty of parking space and other extras services including free high-speed Wi-Fi.
The villa is in a quiet residential area, there are a lot of cafés in the area and a well-known supermarket is only three minutes by foot. Ibiza international airport is only ten minutes by car and the city of Ibiza is a similar distance while the Playa d’en Bossa area is even closer
