A quaint cottage situated on the Grand Union Canal, just a 15 minute stroll from Warwick Castle, Racecourse & Town Centre & right next door to Warwick's Best Kept Secret - The Cape of Good Hope Pub. She features 2 bedrooms with a bathroom and separate toilet. There's Free Wifi & SKY TV, a full kitchen and outdoor terrace with Canal Views. All guests receive a 10% discount at the pub next door on all Food & Drink.

Please note the property was built in 1798 for the canal and as such the stairs are quite steep. There are hand rails.
