About this property

Sea Club Unit 41- "Morgan Beach House" home away from home - 2min walk to beach

Relax and enjoy this fabulous condominium complex and surrounding area. Amenities include a large heated salt water pool, fishing dock with cleaning board, covered picnic area with plenty of seating, charcoal grills by the inter-coastal, covered shuffleboard, private screened in patio with ceiling fan and good view of the inter-coastal and best of all the beach is across the street. Restaurants, miniature golf, ice cream shop and convenient store within walking distance.

We take pride in our condo and consider it our second home. The condo is 1285 sf and is on the first floor. Great pool view from both bedrooms. (pool closes at dusk).

The living area has flat screen Smart television, hallway has echo dot built into the thermostat & one plug into dining area wall socket for easy access to music, weather, news, etc.

The kitchen, is fully equipped with plenty of dishes and accessories, has an extended counter top with 4 bar stools and has a Mr. Coffee pot (craft style) and a single serving Keurig.

The master bedroom has a Brooklyn Bedding king bed, private full bathroom with walk-in shower, walk-in closet and flat screen television. The second bedroom has a pillow-top queen bed, Roku flat screen television and separate closet. There is a full bathroom in the hallway. Bed linens, bath towels and a 4 beach towels provided.

The private screened in balcony has seating for 2 with overhead fan and good view of the inter coastal waterway.
Complimentary WiFi.

We are very responsive owners that want satisfied repeat guests. Once booked you have access directly to me via my cell. Our desire is for you to want to come back to our property year after year and to consider "Morgan's Beach House" your home away from home.

We just had an amazing trip with over a week stay here! It’s decorated super cute and is very spacious with everything you need as far as amenities. It’s a short walk across the street to the beach and has a lot of things to do nearby within walking distance or a short drive. It’s a very quiet and family friendly atmosphere and a bonus being on the first floor!

We had an amazing Spring Break week at Morgan’s Beach House. The owner had great communication and gave us a lot of tips and great places to visit while we were there. The condo was spotless and pool was super clean and not too busy for going over Spring Break!!

Pictures don’t do it justice!

The stay was awesome!! Perfect for my wife and I and our infant. Close walk to the beach and on the strip so lots to explore within a 5-15min drive! Or a short walk to fun spots.

Property was clean and organized. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Kitchen was well stocked, and plenty of linens and towels. Owner was responsive when the key pad stopped working and helped us get into the property. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This is the 4th year in a row we've stayed at Morgan's beach house, and will continue to return! The beautiful pool is right outside our door, the beach is about 5 minute walk, and the condo is beautiful. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. We love it here!

This was a lovely, clean, everything you need condo to rent. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The pool is gorgeous. A short walk to the beautiful beach across the street. One view was the pool and the screened porch’s view was the inter coastal. Love this place!!

Sea Club was so convenient and close to the beach. Renting the 2 bedroom unit was very easy and met our expectations. The photos accurately portrayed the unit and we had no issues at all. We loved the area and plan to return.

Our family vacation was amazing. The condo is very spacious and location is perfect. The kids enjoyed having the pool and beach so close. Cristinos coal oven pizza in Clearwater is a must visit spot for amazing pizza and gelato. Communication was great and quickly responsive. Cheryl also gave great recommendations of places to visit.

We Love This Condo!

This is our 3rd staying here and we are always so happy to be here. The host, Cheryl, is so nice and responsive. It’s a beautiful condo and it has everything we need. The beds are very comfortable. The pool is large and plenty of seating. The condo is a short walk to the beach. We will be back again next year.

CHERYL WAS AN EXCELLENT HOST FOR MYSELF AND FAMILY. IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS SHE WAS THERE TO ANSWER THEM. THE PLACE WAS EXACTLY WHAT U SEE IN THE PICTURES, SO NO DISAPPOINTMENT THERE. Jim, Cheryl and our daughter, Morgan. We love Florida, the condo, the beach and all the great restaurants and attractions in the area. It's a joy to see the jumping fish (mullet) when the manatee come up to the dock & do a little show for us - it's amazing! We also love watching the sailboats and dolphin go by and the sunsets are amazing. We enjoy having coffee on the fishing dock and watching the sunrise. In the evening we like to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this condo @ Sea Club in 2002. We love the location & we love the beach! Everything you need is just minutes away! Great walking lanes & biking lanes! This was important to us because we love to take a morning bike ride for donuts & coffee. Sea Club does a great job with the landscape. It is our home away from home! Our daughter Morgan calls it "Morgan's Beach House" & she loves it just like we do!

What makes this property unique

Watching the dolphins go by and the jumping fish (Mullet) from the fishing dock and covered picnic area. We also get to see some beautiful boats passing in the inter-coastal waters behind the condo. My favorite though is watching the sunset! It is beautiful!
