Family-friendly villa near the beach of Cala Vadella

Sunny holiday villa for rent in Ibiza style with a charming, cozy interior. The detached villa is close to the child-friendly beach of Cala Vadella and has a private swimming pool.
Outside you can chill out in the lounge area, at the swimming pool or on the covered terrace. You can enjoy a beautiful sunset every day. Sant Josep, where you can find everything you need, is less than 15 minutes' drive, the airport 25 minutes. There are various restos in the area.
The living space consists of a:
Cozy dining room with round table.
Half open kitchen with dishwasher, electric fire, combi oven, refrigerator with small freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, kettle, toaster, blender, iron and ironing board.
Washing machine, dryer and second refrigerator with large freezer are available downstairs.
Sunny living room with air conditioning, alarm, WIFI internet, music box and TV with various channels via satellite.
On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with a double bed of 180 x 200 and a separate bathroom with a double sink, shower and toilet.
On the first floor:
1 master bedroom with terrace and beautiful sea view with a double bed of 180 x 200 and an ensuite bathroom with bath and double sink and toilet.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 x 200 each with ensuite bathroom with double washbasin, shower and WC.
Air conditioning everywhere.
Bed linen and towels everywhere.
Safe available in the master bedroom.
Hairdryers available in every bathroom.
1 baby cot and 1 baby chair can be provided on request.
Outside there is a large terrace with gas BBQ and there are various places to relax in a peaceful green environment.
