Lovely property in a beautiful location

We spent a very enjoyable week at Casa Lucinda. The property is well equipped, stylish and comfortable and is situated in a quiet, scenic location. The hosts, Lucinda and Anthony, live across the courtyard and gave us a warm welcome and were on hand to provide assistance if needed. Lucinda provided us with a very generous welcome basket, which was much appreciated. The gardens are a particular delight and are well maintained. We would not hesitate to stay at Casa Lucinda again.

A wonderful home! Outside was peaceful and the gardens were beautifully maintained. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, from cooking supplies to plenty of towels (including pool towels!) for everyone. After a long journey to arrive there, the welcome basket was an amazing addition! The hosts were very responsive when a routine home maintenance issue occurred and got it taken care of quickly. We loved our week here and would definitely recommend it to others and stay again in the future!

Galician tranquility and nature

Lucinda's house is very spacious and very well equipped. The welcome package was not only nice but extensive. The property is large and very well maintained. Around the house are few houses and a lot of nature. Lucinda was a very pleasant host who made our check-out process very easy. We will come back very much.

Simply amazing. We spent a week and wish we had spent another week. Lucinda and Anthony were great, the property is fantastic and set in a beautiful area surrounded by nature. We also enjoyed the kisses of Greta (their lovely dog). The house is beautifully decorated and it has everything you need for a holiday away. The gardens are amazing and the pool is lovely and clean. The area is super quiet and perfect for a relaxing holiday.Lucinda also prepared a lovely and very generous welcome basket, which we loved. We absolutely loved our time there and will definitely consider coming back.

Bonjour, l’accueil de la propriétaire était très bien, bon accueil. Maison très agréable et très très bien agencé. Ayant une grande famille le logement nous a très bien servi. La casa es perfecta para pasar unos dias de vacaciones familiares. Las habitaciones estupendas, la cocina bien equipada. A la casa no le falta un detalle. Hasta barbacoa, una pequeña piscina y toallas de playa en cada habitacion.Lucinda fué muy amable y nos consiguió incluso unas tronas para dos bebés que llevamos.Ademas, proporciono todo lo necesario para los recién llegados, café, leche, tomates y fruta muy rica, huevos....también detergentes y lavavajillas.Jorge muy amable y atento.

Schitterende comfortabele plek!

Met ons gezin hadden we een geweldige tijd in dit prachtige en comfortabele huis. Alle kamers zijn voorzien van een eigen badkamer, de woning is ruim en licht en heeft een verbluffend uitzicht. Wij kwamen er volledig tot rust. De gastvrouw en -heer zijn zeer attent en behulpzaam. Wij komen hier graag terug!

Lugar que enamora.. (debería ser un secreto para que lo descubra demasiada gente)

-Ubicación: el lugar es absolutamente maravilloso. El paisaje es increíble y los jardines merecen mención especial: cuidados a diario por George, rodeados de distintas variedades de plantas (incluyendo citronela, por si hubiera mosquitos), da gusto pisar ese césped impoluto cuando vas descalzo. ¿La casa? Un sueño. Un antiguo granero restaurado, con sus vigas vistas y techos altos, en el que no falta nada (4 baños, 4 habitaciones, sofá comodísimo, cocina muy bien equipada, juegos, libros, wifi, lavadora..). Y la piscina se agradece mucho por parte de los más pequeños. Está muy cerca de Miño (a 10 min en coche), con sus playas increíbles, y cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar, pero lo suficientemente alejado para que respires paz y disfrutes del precioso paisaje escuchando sólo a los pájaros. -Anfitriones: Lucinda y Anthony no pueden ser más encantadores. Son cariñosos, amables y se desviven por hacer de tu experiencia la mejor del mundo. Están disponibles en cualquier momento en la vivienda de al lado o por teléfono, pero ni se les siente. Su perra Greta ha sido la delicia para mis hijos. -Existe además una guía en español e inglés proporcionada por los anfitriones, super completa, que ayuda a poder explorar la zona (sugerencias de restauración, actividades -kayak, surf, visita al laberinto más grande de Europa..-) Nosotros volveremos mucho y pronto. No podemos sino dar las gracias por haber tenido la suerte de disfrutar casi dos semanas en Casa Lucinda.

Toller Ort zum entspannen

Die umgebaute Scheue mitten in der Natur, mit tollem Außenbereich und den beiden zuvorkommenden Vermietern ist einfach ein wundervoller Ort :o)! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus, die Küche - mit einer tollen Auswahl an Getränken und Lebensmitteln zur Begrüßung - und die Terrasse sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Sogar ein kleiner Pool stand zur Abkühlung im Garten. Lucinda und ihr Mann haben uns sehr herzlich persönlich empfangen und während unseres Aufenthaltes betreut. Schmuseeinheiten mit Greta durften nicht fehlen - es hätten noch mehr sein dürfen :))).

Experiencia estupenda, muy recomendable

La casa es ideal, han cuidado mucho los detalles. Esta puesta con gusto y pensando en la comodidad. Tiene un jardín magnífico y una piscina a disposición de los huéspedes. Además, cuando llegas te dejan una cesta de bienvenida super completa, lo cual es un detallazo. Los dueños viven en la casa de al lado, y son encantadores y están a tu disposición para cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar. Mil gracias Lucinda y Anthony, ha sido un placer conoceros, hemos estado muy a gusto y sin duda repetiremos!

Lovely holiday

We have just returned from a two week stay at The Barn and have had a lovely time. The house is very comfortable with everything you need, there was a generous welcome basket on our arrival to get us started. The house is in a very quiet hamlet and the garden overlooks open countryside. It is about a 15 minute drive from the nearest town (Mino) which has supermarkets, bars/restaurants and beaches. There is plenty to do in the area. There are many different beaches. We particularly liked the one at Valdovino which is great for surfing/bodyboarding, also the beach at Gandario, no waves but good for swimming and we hired stand-up paddleboards. We kayaked on the River Eume and it is lovely walking country. There are nice towns in the area too, we liked Sada, Bentanzos and A Coruna. The seafood is apparently the best in Spain! Lucinda and Anthony, the owners, live next door and couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommended!
