Located on the second floor of a new building with elevator, it consists of a large living area with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom; complete the property a terrace furnished with table and chairs and a reserved parking space very valuable given the difficulty of parking, because close to the beach. The apartment is equipped with all comforts: flat screen TV, air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, video intercom, iron, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, soundproof windows; in the immediate vicinity all the main services. The Lido beach and the promenade of Lungomare can easily be reached on foot, being 500 meters from the beach. For large groups, available in the same building a similar apartment can accommodate 4 more people. Its width and length, the slow descending of its sandy bottom make the Lido beach the ideal holiday destination for families with children and from Trilo Agostino ... it's really a moment!Just beyond many other wonderful beaches that deserve a nice bath in their waters: Maria Pia, Fertilia, Le bombarde.
