The apartment has two bedrooms with flat-screen TVs. It has two bathrooms, one of which has a wellness / steam room. The whole structure is equipped with air conditioning.

The apartment is housed in a period building dating back to 1900 in the heart of Ostia. It is 2 minutes walk from the beaches and the pedestrian area; 5 minutes walk from the train that takes you to Rome center in 30 minutes.
