Great property located on the coast of Lugo 200 meters from the beautiful beach of Area with beautiful views of the sea and just 3 km from the medieval city of viveiro where you can find everything you might need, supermarkets as well as restaurants and places to have fun in family and with friends. The house has 4 spacious bedrooms, living room, bathroom en main floor, plus a large terrace with sea views, 1 bedroom on the top floor with bathroom included and a small terrace. On the ground floor is the garage a toilet. The garden has a grill with a stone table.
