Unico pregio è la vicinanza al mare ed ai servizi della frazione di Marcelli (e la lavatrice), per il resto c'è un sol termine: incuria diffusa con quello che ne consegue. Giardino con rovi e piante spinose, assenza di prese multiple e nessuna soluzione alternativa. Una camera da letto teoricamente per due prevede uno dei due letti addossato all'armadio che è quindi impossibile da aprire/utilizzare, televisore piccolissimo, letti (materassi e cuscini) non tra i migliori, tubo dell'acqua esterno di 2 metri, impossibile per farsi una doccia, assenza wi-fi, bagni spartani senza mobiletti e/o mensole e/o qualcosa per appendere. In assenza di aria condizionata ci sono due ventilatori ma per tre camere da letto. Insomma, l'impressione generale è di una struttura in cui non vi sono stati investimenti/miglioramenti almeno negli ultimi 7-8 anni.
