If you are searching for a place where you can relax, enjoy the sun, the peaceful life of the village, and at the same time visit Cordoba, Seville, Andalusia, or if you are just passing through on your holiday, on a business trip, holding an event or meeting, a family get-together or any other kind of encounter, then you are at the right place.

Only 35 minutes from the provincial capital of Cordoba, you have the chance to stay in a beautiful, comfortable and old-fashioned house, which has been recently restored preserving all the original features that date back to the start of the 20th century.

The house sleeps nine people and has been classified as High Quality by the Official Tourist Board, in compliance with strict quality regulations.
It is situated on the outskirts of Villaviciosa de Córdoba and occupies a total area of more than 190 square metres.

There are four large bedrooms, three double and one triple, three bathrooms, a lounge with a fireplace, dining room, kitchen, patio, solarium and swimming pool. Distributed by a hallway, with a gallery, a triple 18.61m2 room, a double bed, another single room with an ensuite bathroom. A 14m2 room with a double bed and bathroom. Two 14m2 twin rooms. A large shared bathroom, which is suitable for the disabled. There is a 40 square metre lounge-dining room and a very comfortable patio, solarium and swimming pool.

Villaviciosa de Córdoba is situated in a privileged setting, in the heart of the natural area of Sierra Morena, just a few minutes away from several hiking routes that will take you through pine forests and open farmland, where you can experience nature at its best. If you wish, you can also visit our farmland, which is around 8 km from the house and where we have other rural houses, La Molina de la Campana and the Cortijo de Camama. Here, you will be able to enjoy a large piece of land, where you can walk and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Sierra Morena .
