Welcome to our little slice of paradise! Nestled in the upscale private gated community of Shipyard Plantation, 120 The Greens is a two-story, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa conveniently located a short 7 minute walk to Shipyard Plantation’s private white sandy beach. Double glass doorways open onto private back deck that overlooks Green #6 of Shipyard’s Galleon Golf Course. Villa is situated just across the street from the world famous Van Der Meer Tennis Resort and the upscale Sonesta Resort. Spacious Greens community pool is located a short 2 minute walk from villa.

The first floor of our non-smoking property includes a half bath, fully equipped kitchen with eat in breakfast nook overlooking additional dining and living spaces. Living room has 55' smart TV. Queen Sleeper. Upstairs houses the large master bedroom with queen-size bed, Roku TV, walk-in closet, and en suite full bath. At the opposite end of the hall is the second full bath and guest room with two twin beds, Roku TV, and double closet. The laundry room with full-size washer and dryer is also located on this floor. Property equipped with porta-crib, high chair and baby gate. This villa also has high-speed DSL internet access. Single dog welcome to accompany you during your stay. Free parking pass is included with your booking. Sleeps 6.

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend. Unfortunately it rained the entire first day but the rest of the weekend was great. Place was perfect for us and location was close to view wanted to do. Would definitely stay there again

Great stay at 120 Greens in Shipyard

My husband and I spent 3 nights here over Memorial Weekend. The condo was super clean, spacious, nicely furnished and centrally located. The property owner communicated all details in a clear manner and reached out to us during our stay to make sure there were no issues. Would definitely like to stay here again!

Great family vacation

We have been vacationing in HiltonHead with our children for 15 years. We always enjoy our stay at the Greens. It’s a lovely and convenient location to the beach and the shops. We had a wonderful time, and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Super charming and comfortable villa

Great Villa for our family!

We stayed during the week of July 4th and we absolutely loved this Villa! It was spacious, family-friendly, and very close to everything we loved- even when we biked. This Villa had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to HHI!

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at The Greens. Great location, easy walk to the beach and pool. We had a question and the owner was very quick to respond. Great condo for kids, had toys with a washer and dryer. Master closet was big enough for a pack and play. Highly recommend!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The condo was neat and clean and provided many extra supplies not always provided at other places. It truly was our home away from home. Looking over the 6th green at Shipyard is very calming. Looking forward to our next visit.

Love this place!

I have stayed at 120 The Greens many times and have never been disappointed! Everything we need is provided, the kitchen is very well stocked, the linens are great and the short walk to the pool and the beach makes it such an enjoyable place to experience Hilton Head! It is always so clean and welcoming! We love that bikes are provided since we love riding all the bike trails. A wonderful place to relax, read and get some sand in our toes!!!

Excellent experience!

We had wonderful weekend. This was our first time taking Harper twin daughters to the beach it was a wonderful experience. Communication and coordination with the owner is simple and straightforward and we had no issues. The Villa is comfortable and well stocked for all your needs. We hope to come visit again someday.

Lovely golf community

The townhouse was perfect for our week in late March. We enjoyed golf on the Shipyard course. The walking trails are outstanding with lots of people to greet along the way. The beach area was easy to get to & it is a lovely stretch of ocean to walk. Our one question regarding cable access was answered by property manager promptly & she stuck with us through text until resolution. Thank you for offering very comfortable accommodations.
