About this property

Sound front cottage with no steps

This quaint beach cottage has gorgeous, waterfront sound views. The house is situated on a large corner lot, and the beach access is 2 short blocks away with handicap ramps available. The large screen porch is wonderful place to enjoy a meal or relax. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water that is ideal for children and pets. There is one TV with a roku and WiFi in the home.

UPDATE- The private dock photographed is not usable due to storm damage. Access to sound behind house can be accessed by stairs practically in our back yard.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave all used bedding on the beds, placed used towels on top of washing machine in kitchen.
Set thermostat to 75 degrees upon departure with fan on Auto
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please note that all dogs must be vaccinated and leash laws need to be followed accordingly.Also note that there is a pet fee of $100 for pets.
