La casa cumplió nuestras expectativas, casa limpia , piscina ideal para los niños ,terreno amplio para nuestro perro pudiera moverse , contacto directo con el propietario para cualquier problema ..... Para unos días en familia de desconexión muy recomendable

Location bien, environ pas top

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine, la location est bien mais il n’y a que 2 chaises longues pour 4 personnes et pas de parasol déplacable un peu dommage. La ville Yecla n’est pas très active même en haute saison. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Petite maison agréable. Bonne literie. BBQ présent et facile à utiliser.

Lugar muy tranquilo, ideal para relajarse. Somos una pareja con 2 perros, hemos estado una semana y no podemos poner ninguna pega. Todo perfecto.

Es un sitio ideal para desconectar, muy tranquilo y con una zona de piscina espectacular. La casa es bonita y dispone de todo lo necesario para que no falte de nada. El dueño muy amable, fue muy flexible con la hora de llegada/salida. Repetiremos!!

Un paraiso!

Quisiera agradecer al propietario el magnifico trato que recibimos desde el momento de la consulta hasta la salida al final de nuestra estancia! En nuestra opinion esta casita ofrece perfectas condiciones para pasar unos días en pareja. No nos faltó de nada a la hora de preparar la comida, e incluso pudimos hacer una torrada en el exterior - eso sí hicimos la compra antes de subir al alojamineto, Miguel Angel nos avisó de que disponía de una barbacoa. Comimos en el jardin entre los arboles y arbustos - bellísimo! Lo que más destaca del sitio es su entorno - paradisíaco, mucha calma, - un monte cerca con posibilidad de hacer caminatas. Miguel Angel nos explico como llegar a una cueva y la encontramos con facilidad. Lastima que no es temporada de bañarse porque la verdad la area que rodea la piscina es fantastica y además la piscina dispone de jacuzzi como nos explico el propietario. Este julio pensamos volver para desconectar.

A protected natural environment, with different routes for walking, running or cycling. Close to villages and historic diversity, dining and cultural attractions.
In the summer months you can enjoy the swimming pool with its waterslide and jacuzzi ... In winter, at home, after a nice walk, fireplace with firewood at your disposal and all amenities, plasma TV, wifi, etc..

Eventually, I usually get close to the house to make sure it works properly and does not need anything.

The nearest neighbors are in a villa a few hundred meters away in all this neighborhood has no more than 50 residents in an area of over 25 hectares.

It is advisable to own vehicle to travel to Yecla, Pinoso, Villena or small towns of Salinas or Raspay.
