This spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is located on a cul-de-sac just 6 blocks from Sea Girt beach, boardwalk and pavillion. Enjoy a relaxing bbq on the private and inviting side patio. Gas grill and outdoor shower. Sleeps 8 comfortably. 4 bedrooms: 3 Queen beds, 1 Twin over Full Bunk Bed, 2 1/2 baths. Newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen and wet bar with large island seating for 4, dining room seats 8, washer/dryer, central ac, TV, Wifi. Bikes, beach chairs, and beach toys are provided for our guests. 4 adult beach badges (children under 12 do not need beach badges.) Long driveway and ample street parking.
Linens and bath towels provided.
No Pets. No Smoking. Families Only. No Events/Parties. Minimum age of primary renter: 28.
