Winter heating with natural gas boiler, radiators, mosquito nets and window grilles. Garden with table and chairs, deckchairs, gas barbecue available for guests. Public parking lots near the house both for a fee and free. - Free beach and beach facilities a few steps out of the gate. Also shops, bank, bar, pizzeria
