30 day minimum only available for August 2026. Gorgeous ocean beach and the charming town center of Spring lake just 5 minutes away. Asbury Park with its exciting nightlife is 15 minutes. On site is golf, tennis, pickleball and pool.
The condo has the best location in Fairway Mews with large private patio and expansive views of the golf course. 1/2 block to tennis and pool. Pretty open floor plan, a new kitchen and 1/2 bath on first floor, 1bedroom with queen bed and bath plus very spacious home office, 2nd. bath and laundry on second floor. There is a baby grand piano and fireplace in the living room, 50" television in living room and 70" in bedroom. New kitchen with granite and stainless appliances. Balcony off master bedroom and office.
The condo has a very quiet and private location at the end of a cul de sac.
Large patio with good furniture. 3 person maximum No Pets No smoking NOT AVAILABLE ANNUAL!
