Pristine Modern Beachhouse; 5 min walk to beach

The professionally styled, newly renovated and furnished upside down house is on a private wooded acre with ocean views from the living areas. One block to ocean beach and Gurney’s!

Our guests tell us they feel like they are staying at a beautiful private modern hotel. The home is clutter free, immaculately CLEAN, open and spacious.

The open living/dining/kitchen and master bedroom suite are on the top floor and feature a cozy fireplace to enjoy fall evenings. An additional bedroom suite, 2 bedrooms with a shared bath and additional family room are on the first floor.

The elegant modern home has a brand new chef’s kitchen, beautiful, spacious bathrooms, and a full-house state of the art AV system controlled by IPad.

Heated in-ground pool/hot tub and multiple outdoor spaces complete this house for easy summer living. Multiple outdoor tables allow you to take advantage of beautiful Hamptons weather.

A large mudroom and adjacent laundry make cleanups from treks to the beach a breeze. For added convenience, the home is equipped with an elevator!

We enjoyed a five day stay in this amazing property. You will have a panoramic ocean view from the top deck! It is an easy walk to the beach and the pool and pool house are unbelievably nice! It’s close to town and right across the street from Gurneys (OG). Five stars or better for sure!

We had the absolute best weekend, staying in this breathtaking home. This house belongs on the cover of a magazine! It was immaculate and had plenty of room for all. The homeowners thought of every detail to make the weekend perfect. We enjoyed plenty of time in the heated pool and hot tub, and enjoyed being across the street from Gurneys as well as being very close to all of the shops and restaurants on Montauk Highway. The views from the home are spectacular, but there are many steps to get down to the pool area. It was a fabulous weekend and I highly recommend this property!
