The Black apartment is located in a central area of Venice, a stone's throw from the Ca' d'Oro vaporetto stop. The place is fantastic - very close to all tourist attractions, shops and restaurants, but at the same time out of the tourist crowd. From here

horrible directions to apartment, no one knew where the street was, we walked in the rain for 3 hours before getting some help. Clear directions would have been helpful. Difficulty in getting to apartment ruined our evening plans for Venice. We were wet and cold, and everyone was sick the next day. Apartment was nice, but too bad that we couldn't enjoy our short stay in Venice. The experience was very disappointing.
