Close to all amenities. 5 minutes from the banks of the Marne, 10 minutes from the Bois de Vincennes, 20 minutes from Paris and 45 minutes from the Disneyland Park. Ideally located. .

Nice house with good equipment and lovely owner

The house is old but the apartments are in a really good condition with modern bath and kitchen. The area is calm and you have a lot of shops and restaurants there were you can eat for a good price. The communication with the owner was good and she welcomed us at the check-in and check-out. We would come again, for a longer stay in Paris :)

Wonderful home to stay in especially for family

VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE The house itself was fantastic. There's a large double bed, and she provided a secondary bed in the kitchen. She provided us with a coffee machine and pods, milk, orange juice, jam, honey, etc., but no bread or crackers. The small fridge works well for storing things, especially for having chilled water in the night or morning. There is a large backyard garden and a small pond. Very nice to relax in at night time. We stayed on the ground floor, and didn't see the upstairs. SOMETHING TO NOTE One thing to note is that the bathroom is divided in 2. The toilet is adjoined to the bedroom with a very low ceiling, in fact I bumped my head a couple times. The main bathroom has no toilet, just a sink and shower. At first glance the shower seems very modern, but it is hard to understand and control the temperature. After a couple times of using it, I figured out how to not have freezing or scalding hot water. The shower water also goes all over the floor into the bathroom and there isn't really a shower plate to keep all the water in. There is a type of squeegee to put the water back in, but it is a manual effort. HOST AND LOCATION The host is very friendly and speaks English. She was very accommodating, and despite the fact the we arrived nearly at midnight on our first dy (so sorry!), she met with us to do the check in. The surrounding location is not bad. One issue is that just in front there is a type of bar/kiosk which serves beer to men and they

Le logement est parfait,tout est pensé pour le confort, calme . Catherine est d une gentillesse incroyable,on se sent comme chez soi. Je recommande vivement ce studio. Le jardin est magnifique, frais, pour se reposer après des visites. Nous étions aux JO à Vaires sur Marne,c était facile d accès. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Super süße, kleine Wohnung mit einem tollen Garten! Sehr nette Vermieterin mit guten Englisch Kenntnissen. Tolle Überrascht war für uns, das es jeden Morgen ein Körbchen mit Croissants und Baguette da stand! Super Bis - Metro Verbindung nach Paris! Bushaltestelle gleich über der Straße! Wir würden immer wieder buchen!

Gemütliches, sauberes Appartement

Sehr saubere Wohnung, die der Beschreibung entspricht. Freundliche Gastgeberin. Wunderbar war die Erlaubnis zur Mitbenutzung des Gartens! Wohnung liegt etwas zurückgesetzt an einem großen Boulevard. Wir waren am Wochenende dort ( incl noch herrschender Ausgangssperre )… so dass ruhige Lage nur unter besonderer aktueller Situation beurteilt werden kann. Für uns war es insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt dort. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
