Overall, the place was great, would have been a 5 star review except.. We were promised welcome margaritas and snack, which we never received. The hot tub and pool were broken for the first 2 days we were there and ICE COLD, but the manager had it fixed by the 3rd day. They did allow a late check out ant the concierge was available to take a call anytime.
