The house - with breathtaking views of the beach and the bay of Sant'Angelo and Maronti, foreground, and horizon, Capri and cape Punta della Campanella - has 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin and 1 single), living room, large kitchen and 2 bathrooms, terrace level of about 70 square meters which are flanked by a garden and orchard. It is 15 minutes from the village of Sant'Angelo by car or public transport. The sea and the beach can be reached in about 30 minutes through a well maintained and attractive path that leads from the house to the viewpoint of Serrara (5 minutes) and from this to the center of Sant'Angelo directly to the beach of Maronti. For the proximity of the Epomeo this small villa, tastefully simple and comfortable, enjoys a cool climate even in the hottest summer days.
