Nice house, but needs some attention to detail

Nice, big, house. Huge garden. Some outdated furniture and low quality (IKEA BASIC and similar) bedding/matrasses. Several broken lights, a few loose/falling off drawer fronts. Overall a bit behind on maintenance. Good location, quiet. Expensive additional costs for electricity and water (300 for 1 week with 12 people). Expensive cleaning costs (200). No control over floor heating. Nice outdoor hot tub and garden furniture. The negative points I listed are not super serious, we still had a nice week, but considering the base price with all the additional costs, price/quality was not up to par. At the very least they need to invest more in maintenance and updating some outdated/cheap stuff.
