Our restored 1937 duplex is ideally located within walking distance of the BEST restaurants and just two blocks from The Square. Savor a glass of local wine on the patio while live music floats in the air and passersby declare, "You are on the BEST patio in downtown!" Experience the charm of original wood plank walls, a convenient vanity/desk in the main bedroom, and an additional TV in the second bedroom. The cozy living area features a convertible queen sleeper sofa, a smart TV w/cable, and other streaming apps. Set out on a walking tour to discover craft breweries, wine tasting, shopping, and much more, all within a 3 block radius. As evening falls, enjoy an easy stroll to a romantic dinner or a cocktail at one of the many local hot-spots. Relax on the private back patio, complete with a fire pit and party lights. The home features HVAC, a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, and laundry. This property is perfect for couples or friends getaways with pricing based on (2) guests. Accommodations for up to four guests for an additional fee. The Porch on Pine, where you park the car and indulge in endless downtown fun.

This is the perfect place to stay in Paso Robles. It’s was immaculate with even amenity you could need. It was thoughtfully decorated with a spacious porch and a private patio. It was walking distance to town, only a couple of blocks away. Close to restaurants and wine tastings rooms. I will be back.

Sweet home, great location

Kirk and Lisa were great hosts. They were extremely responsive when we had questions. We loved staying is their sweet, cozy, clean home. Being walking distance to town was perfect for us. We loved the shops and tasting rooms.

Central location

Came up with a friend and we actually enjoyed the place so much we stayed in one entire day. We loved having access to downtown whenever we wanted. We did not have to take the car out much for outings . We had everything we needed for a long weekend.

The porch is a cozy delight!

What a fantastic location, just a few steps to downtown Paso. Kirk and Lisa have done an amazing job with this cozy space with comfy beds, extra blankets and pillows, and a fully equipped kitchen. Make sure you peruse the guestbook BEFORE you fully commit to your plans. So many great recommendations. Our faves were JUSTIN, Calcareous, Epoch, and The Hatch.

Close to downtown

This is the perfect place for either a couple or a family or two couples. It's close to downtown, but on a quiet street. The place is immaculate and well designed. The owners are excellent and so quick in response to any questions you may have. The kitchen is well equipped with basics. I brought my own baggies and Tupperware so I could take home my leftovers. The porch is beautiful and relaxing. I will definitely stay here again!!!!

Cute place in a great location

This little cottage is so perfect for a weekend of exploring Paso Robles. It's one block from downtown and very comfortable. It was a hot weekend while we were here but the cottage stays cool, even when the A/C is off and when you do turn on the A/C it cools off very quickly. We didn't use the kitchen this time but it seemed to have most of what you would need to prepare meals. The front porch is a perfect place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. The beds were very comfortable and quiet. We would definitely come back and stay here again the next time we come to Paso.

Steps to Downtown, Comfort All Around, Great Hosts

We had an amazing stay in Paso Robles, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible hosts, Kirk and Lisa. They went above and beyond by asking us what we wanted to do in the area and offering great recommendations. The place itself was spotless and incredibly inviting—it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were super cozy, and the outdoor space was a nice bonus.The best part? The location! It’s within walking distance to everything you could want in downtown Paso, making it so easy to explore. We also had two cars with us, and parking wasn’t an issue at all. There was one parking space. Overall, it was a perfect spot for our trip—cool, comfortable, and convenient. Highly recommend!

Best way to enjoy a 65 birthday!

My father in law was running 65 and wanted to do a golf weekend with his son. So the wives tagged along and it was great! Good Poarch to visit and didn't have to stare awkwardly at each other from hotel beds. The carpets are sooooo soft. Kirk and Lisa stopped by to say and they are just as cute as the house. They spent a lot of time, money and love restoring and remodeling the house. And it was worth it. We are already planning when we can come back.

The Porch

Beautiful and tastefully decorated house, super clean and cosy, loved it!

Had a wonderful time with friends. The house is super centrally located in downtown Paso Robles. Owners were very accommodating, even checked in on us after arriving just to make sure everything was ok. House was very spacious which two bedrooms and a large living room and kitchen area. Comfy Craftsman

Lisa and Kirk did a fabulous job in creating a space which is tasteful and comfortable which was perfect to unwind and relax in. The furnishing were all new and well taken care off. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to shopping and plenty of good restaurants. Close enough to walk to the fair. Lisa and Kirk are very helpful and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay.
