In a dominant position, it enjoys an exceptional view.
On a plot of 750 m2 fully enclosed with electric gate, it has 2 large terraces, a traditional pool of 10m x 5m, and a bowling green.
Large garage of 90 m2.
It consists on the ground floor of a beautiful entrance, a large living room with fireplace (32 m2), a semi open kitchen, fully equipped quality, a laundry room, 2 bedrooms, a shower room to the Italian.
On the floor, 2 rooms, a mezzanine, a big room of shower.

Great vacation in this nice house

The house impressed in every way. The owners were very helpful and were only a call away. If there was a problem, they came in just a few minutes. It was clean and even bigger than it looked like in the photos. Both owners speak great English and communication was not a problem at all. The outdoors area was great with both bbq and a great pool. There is a huge shopping mall with lots of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. There is also a bus stop nearby with a bus leaving every 30 minutes. We strongly recommend this if you want a vacation with opportunities for both relaxing by the pool and shopping in beautiful cities.

Maison agréable très belle piscine d’environ 50m2 vue sur les montagnes et sur la forteresse de Villeneuve Loubet. Très bon coin très calme. Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques le propriétaire très sympathique !
