An open staircase leads to the first floor, where two additional bedrooms each have two single beds and a flat-screen TV. The luxurious bathroom includes a walk-in shower, bathtub, and double sink, with a separate toilet for added convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and combination microwave. A lockable storage room for bicycles and free on-site parking are provided, along with a charging station for electric cars.
