Not a good advert for VRBO

Such potential, such a shame;- 6 light bulbs dead or faulty, loose 13amp socket, old cobwebs in every room complete with large spiders, window blinds not latching, dangerously sloppy chair, every surface dusty, dirty glasses, cracked mug chipped crockery, drains started to smell from day 3, no oven gloves nor tea cloths. hearth tile loose, creaky stairs ( no lower side-rail (dont bring children!) for goodness sake spend half a day cleaning the place and get someone in to fix things.

Bailgate Cottage Lincoln

This was a really nice, quirky cottage, located in a prime spot for a short stay in Lincoln. Communication with the owner, Rachel, was excellent with her making sure that we could get ourselves in easily and then checking that everything was ok with the cottage. Both couples really enjoyed the stay and, in particular, sitting out on the patio area.
