NEW LOFT 20 'FROM BARCELONA AND 7'DE FROM THE UAB.

Independent loft of 30 mtr2 within the space of my newly built house with lots of natural light thanks to its 5 windows all outside. Located in a very quiet residential area 800 meters from the Barbera train station with which you arrive in Barcelona in 15 minutes and 200 meters from the direct bus stop to Barcelona, the shopping center and also a direct bus to the UAB. Located 7 'by car from the UAB. Large supermarket, pharmacy, banks and shops at 200 mtr.

Comfortable cosy loft

We had a lovely stay at the property. Although we had a late flight our late check in was no problem. The owner was kind and helpful. We can recommend this property and we would book it again.

An outstanding apartment for the two of us. Exceptionally clean, all the necessities, and the fantastic host even met us to give us information of the transport etc. (and a refreshment :) 5 minutes from train station which is a 35 min ride to Barcelona centre, bus stop even closer, supermarket 10 mins walk. A brilliant option for us.

Easy!

Alberto was very welcoming. Check in super smooth. Loft was clean, comfortable, and stocked with coffee & milk upon arrival. Safe neighborhood. Easy 15’ walk to Train into Barcelona for sightseeing. Multiple semi private patio areas. Laundry available. Pool in the courtyard which guests can use.

Very nice apartment on the 2nd floor. I'm pretty sure residents were living beneath us as well, but not entirely sure, haven't had any issues with them/that so all was well in that regard. Spacious with a well equipped kitchen as well as a big pool in the garden. Nice location as well, not in Barcelona that's for sure but the you can catch the train to Barcelona at the station which is a 5 minute walk away. Same goes for grocery stores, lots of options all within /- 5 min walking distance. Overall really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing stay!

Our stay at this apartment was amazing. The apartment was clean, modern, and had all the necessary amenities. The owner was extremely kind and made sure that we were comfortable and happy. He went as far as leaving us a few necessities such as a plate of cookies, water and milk. The neighbourhood was extremely quiet, private and safe. The train station was only a short 10 minute walk away from the apartment and a train easily took to the centre of Barcelona and back. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Barcelona and would definitely revisit myself! Thank you again for your amazing hospitality, Alberto!
