Key safety box in the bedroom, iron and iron board. Modern kitchen appliances and full kitchen for long stays. Entry key in lockbox for independent access. Please note there is no high-speed internet in the area. Welcome toiletries (no refill). All-inclusive plan at additional cost (70-80 USD a person a day, reconfirm at check in). Ideal for long stays.

We are a family of five that enjoys travelling with our children and friends. We have enjoyed our place in Vallarta over the years and when we are not in Vallarta, we are happy to share it with our guests.

We love the location, it is beachfront, it offers great ocean views and Nuevo Vallarta is located at the center of the bay. You are in Vallarta or Punta Mita within 30 minutes drive. It is quiet and it offers a very friendly atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

We love our condominium as it offers the best of the two worlds. Having your own spacious space with the amenities of a hotel. Sunset views are beautiful and the beach is only a few steps away. Ideal for families with small children or couples looking for a great place on right the beach.
