Casa del Melograno is a modern and new villa with garden inside the "Prato degli Ulivi" Residence. At guests' disposal the shared swimming pool (from June to September) and parking.
The house has large private outdoor spaces, garden, terrace, hot tub. Inside there is a delightful living room with sofa bed and three bedrooms to accommodate up to 7 people. Casa del Melograno is an oasis of tranquility and relaxation to spend an unforgettable holiday.

Casa del Melograno is a modern and brand new house with garden located in a quiet residence near Terrasini, a few steps from the sea.
The strong point of the house is the large garden with lawn and Mediterranean trees, organized to enjoy a holiday of relaxation and well-being. In the garden you will find deck chairs for sunbathing, sofas and armchairs to relax reading a book or sip an aperitif at sunset, a large table and a barbecue for unforgettable outdoor lunches and dinners.
Another plus of Casa del Melograno is the beautiful roof terrace of the house overlooking the blue sea, where there is a small whirlpool tub to relax on hot summer days.
The interior of the house is very comfortable and bright. On the ground floor are the living room with TV and sofa bed for two people, the dining area with table and chairs, and the modern open space kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking. Adjacent a bathroom with shower.
A beautiful staircase leads to the upper floor where the three bedrooms are located, two spacious double bedrooms and a smaller bedroom with a double bed (120x190), and another bathroom with shower.
The bedrooms are air conditioned.
WI-Fi available to guests.
Parking available inside the residence.

Unser Ferienhaus war ein absoluter Glücksgriff. Es war in allem sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Unsere Kommunikation mit Lorenzo verlief unkompliziert und problemlos. Wir wurden von ihm sehr freundlich empfangen und mit einem Korb mit Köstlichkeiten überrascht. Außerdem hat er uns mit Tipps zu Restaurants und für Ausflüge in die Umgebung versorgt. Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub auf Sizilien verbracht und können das Ferienhaus absolut weiterempfehlen. Traumhaus

Unser Ferienhaus war ein absoluter Traum. Es fehlte absolut nichts und war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir wurden besonders freundlich empfangen mit einem Korb voller Köstlichkeiten. Unser absolutes Highlight war der Wirlpool auf der Dachterrasse. Vielen Dank, dass wir einen schönen Urlaub in Ihrem Traumhaus verbringen durften. Liebe Grüße von Natascha + Martin
