We had a lovely 2 day stay in this immaculately presented apartment. Very clean, spacious with all amenities including parking! Really close to everything with lots of lovely restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for exploring Stratford upon Avon and the surrounding areas. Apartment lovely and spacious with everything we needed, the ice making machine in the fridge freezer was a godsend as we stayed during the record breaking heatwave.The only thing we would advise is information regarding if you can use the garden furniture outside or not , is it just for the residents use only ? We would definitely book this apartment again

Overall, the property had what we needed. Location was very good for town access.There were a few maintenance issues. Then, on our 6th night, the owner in the apartment below us banged on the door, following a trip away, to inform us that our bathroom was causing a flood in his apartment.We agreed to vacate the apartment and moved on to somewhere else, so they could have repair work done. We were refunded for our remaining 5 days.

It was in an excellent location with a car parking space, walking distance to all attractions. Very clean and well equipped. Only beef was check in. Expedia app said details would appear 3 days before. They didn’t and I had to keep on and didn’t get them til day before. Also Expedia marked my electronic calendar as cancelled which was very worrying.

Wonderful stay with a very well appointed flat. Extremely clean and well cared for. Only note is that the flat is on a busy service road, bedrooms facing road, and can be on the noisier side. Central location.

Lovely spacious appartment in a great location

The appartmemt was clean, spacious and in a great location. The garden was lovely and we enjoyed an afternoon sitting in the sun. It was great having parking and there was access to walk along the canal from the carpark straight into town avoiding the roads. The road noise woke us early in the mornings but that's the same as other appartments we've stayed in at Stratford. Would definitely stop there again.

Enjoyable stay

This apartment was in a convenient spot. It was clean, modern and really was like a home from home. Everything was provided by the owner. A few pubs were located nearby, a pretty river for walks etc. It was a good location to stay as a base for visiting other areas too. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Fantastic location!

Really convenient for the RSC and very near the centre of town. Bedrooms are spacious with really comfy beds. There is a huge kitchen and also a huge TV! The bedrooms overlook a busy road but the well fitted windows block out much of the sound of traffic. Perhaps the addition of bedroom chairs and a couple of small coffee tables in the sitting room would be useful. The owner was very quick to respond to queries and requests and we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Apartment

This is a great apartment in central Stratford upon Avon. The apartment is spacious and an ideal home from home. The level of cleanliness was exceptional and the beds are really comfy. Jane was super helpful and was able to answer all my questions before arrival. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Brilliant!!

I stayed there for my birthday with my husband, sisters and brother in law. The apartment was in the most fabulous location. Very close to the centre, so we were able to walk into town for my meal. The apartment was spacious, clean and smelt amazing! Lots of lovely little extras were provided for us, too, which was lovely. Would absolutely stay here again.
