Villa BALEARES is a beautiful detached house with beautiful garden and private pool in Miami Platja!

On the ground floor you will find a beautiful living room, dining room with American kitchen very well equipped, a bedroom suite with double bed and its en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet and a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Upstairs a bedroom suite with double bed, a bathroom with bath and toilet and direct access to a large terrace with sea and mountain views!

In the property there is a beautiful garden with its private pool, a large terrace, a barbecue, an outdoor shower and a separate outdoor toilet.

You can park the car on site in front of the garage.Les groupes de jeunes, les fêtes et les clients âgés de moins de 25 ans ne sont pas acceptés.



The villa has air conditioning in two bedrooms, ceiling fan in the living room, WIFI and TV (FR, ES, DE).

The villa is located only 650m from the beautiful coves and 450m from the supermarket.At about 1km you have the main avenue arranged for cycling or walking, with many bars, restaurants and shops.

This house is ideal for a family holiday near the beach!

Beautiful villa in a very quiet location, the outdoor area and pool is stunning! Only downside was the 3rd bedroom up the stairs does not have air conditioning and it was unbearably hot up there, it does not specify this in the listing. Great location with a supermarket and food takeaways just around the corner. We would definitely stay again and had a wonderful holiday. Thank you!

Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen

Die Villa ist schön eingerichtet und alles vorhanden. Der Garten ist hübsch dekoriert mit Palme, Pflanzen und Figuren und überall hat es sitz und liegemöglichkeiten im Schatten wie auch in der Sonne. Der Pool ist schön gross und wurde regelmässig gereinigt. Alles in allem war es ein super Urlaub, gerne wieder :-)

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und war sauber. Es gibt verschiedene schöne Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Grundstück. Fußläufig zum Strand und zum Einkaufen möglich. Der Pool war für die Kinder natürlich das Highlight. Der Kontakt zum Verwalter war freundlich und gut. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank.

Super empfehlenswert, perfekt ausgestattet, schöne Lage

Das Haus ist super, der Pool hat eine schöne Größe, wir waren mit 2 Kindern dort jeder hat ein eigenes Zimmer mit Bad. Für 2 Familien oder Paare super geeignet!! Nach Barcelona sind es ca 90 Minuten, der nächste Ort ist Cambrils mit toller Fußgängerzone und schönem Yachthafen. Wir kommen wieder 👍🏽
