The apartment is clean, tidy and with good household appliances. The hosts very polite. They solve unexpected problems on an ongoing basis. The apartment is located near the pebble beach, close to the bus station and markets. I definitely recommend it.

We loved our stay at this exceptionally clean and well-appointed apartment. Our family of six (2 adults and 4 kids ages 16–22) found it to be the perfect base for exploring Tossa de Mar. The location couldn't have been better—on a quiet street, yet only a 2-3 minute walk to the main beach, restaurants, shops, and bars. It was also just a short walk to the smaller beach (our favorite) and a beautiful cove. Having a dedicated parking space in the building was a huge bonus in a town where parking is limited. We had a 7-passenger van, so it took some maneuvering to fit, but having reserved parking was invaluable. Although our stay was short and we didn't use the kitchen much, it was very well equipped for preparing meals. The single A/C unit cooled the apartment comfortably with the interior doors open, and additional fans were provided. The bathrooms were modern, spacious, and very functional. The host was friendly, responsive, and flexible whenever we had questions. Beach towels were available to rent, and umbrellas were provided for guests. Overall, this apartment combines an outstanding location with excellent amenities, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Heruntergekommenes Apartment

Nie mehr - dieses Apartment ist in miserablem Zustand. Kaputte Möbel, abgerissene Tapeten, löchrige u. rissige Wände sowie schimmelige Dusche. Highlight war der Schimmel in einem der Schlafzimmer! Sonderlich sauber war es ohnehin nicht. Die zur Verfügung stehenden Küchenutensilien waren größtenteils aufgrund Verschmutzung nicht nutzbar. Die Lage ist zwar nur ein paar Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Allerdings befindet sich der ungepflegte Apartmentkomplex in einer unschönen Seitenstraße. Es ist nachts sehr laut. Wer einen ruhigen (Familien)-Urlaub verbringen und in der Ferienwohnung auch sein Essen zubereiten möchte, ist hier fehl am Platz. Haben unseren Urlaub nach der Hälfte abgebrochen. Die vermietende Agentur ist absolut inkulant.
