Special place!

Persönliche Meinung: Die Unterkunft ist sauber, die Raumaufteilung ist gut und alles ist funktional. Das Badezimmer macht einen sehr modernen Eindruck und alle Räume haben eine ausreichende Größe. In der Küche wird es manchmal etwas eng mit dem anrichten von Speisen, weil etwas Ablagefläche fehlt. Ansonsten ist die Küche gut ausgestattet. Auch ein Weber Kohlegrill steht draußen zur Nutzung bereit, allerdings fehlte das komplette Zubehör hierzu, allem voran die Drahtbürste zur Reinigung. Die Betten sind circa 1,50 m breit, wodurch man schon recht eng beieinander liegt. Leider gibt es pro Bett nur eine große Decke. Das war für uns jetzt nicht ganz optimal. Auch die Position der (etwas zu klein dimensionierten) Klimaanlage ist, suboptimal, weil sie im Wohnzimmer angebracht ist und man die Türen der Schlafzimmer auf lassen muss, um etwas Kühlung zu bekommen. Aber wie gesagt, den einen Störtz, den anderen nicht.

Das einzig negative war die Straße und der Autolärm. Ansonsten alles verfügbar und wir kamen 21 Tage gut zurecht.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Wir durften eine Woche in Ivas Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen. Der Check-In war super, weil absolut flexibel und es gab noch jede Menge Tipps obendrauf. Besser geht es nicht! Das Haus liegt weniger Minuten von Silo weg in Polje. Mit dem Auto null Problem. Es ist aber ganz schön bergig, wie überall auf Krk. Das Haus selbst ist super schnuckelig! Alles war blitzeblank, ausreichend Platz, eine gute Klimaanlage und ein Bad, das ich selbst gerne daheim hätte:-) Die Mödel waren weder kaputt noch abgelebt und generell hat man gemerkt, dass Ivas Häuschen gemütlich und durchdacht eingerichtet ist. Die 2 Terrassen wurden von uns gut genutzt und es gab sogar einen Weber-Grill. Zum Haus gehört auch ein Stellplatz fürs Auto direkt daneben. Sehr praktisch. Der Check - Out war ebenfalls völlig unkompliziert. Wir waren als 3 Erwachsene zu Gast und wir alle waren super zufrieden und können nur sagen: 100% zu empfehlen!!! Go for it, wenn Ihr in der Gegend Urlaub machen wollt! Danke Iva!

Extraordinary journey!

Stayed here for two weeks as a family with two young children, and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was lovely, very well equipped with high quality appliances, and had everything we needed. during our stay the washing machine stopped working, it was fixed with a new washing machine installed within a few hour, on a Sunday! We really appreciated the responsiveness and commitment to making sure everything was taken care of. We would happily stay here again.
