Hello and welcome to our home. Bring your friends and family to enjoy the sunny Okanagan while staying in our new renovated modern house. Relax on the deck, new hot tub.,pool with gas firepit table or in the garden. Entertain in our open-plan kitchen, bright dining room ,and unwind in our 2 living rooms.
Our house accommodates guests in 1 king, 2 queen beds and futon in the master bedroom, (large sectional king size pull out bed in tv room) . There is a 4 bathrooms ( 1 with a shower by the pool area), half bathroom on the maim floor. Our house is equipped with central air conditioning ( extra wall unit in a master bedroom, extra funs in every bedrooms) and modern appliances. Kitchen fully stocked with cook ware and utensils, deck fully furnished with rattan sofas and sunscreens ,BBQ and table in the garden to enjoy eating outside.
1 min to the nearest grocery store, 5min to downtown, beach and Naramata wineries.


The main house is for guests as well as pool ,patio and garden.
Small pets( up to 20lb)no more then 2 allowed upon approval.

This property was everything we expected and more. Very clean and had all amenities as advertised. Hosts were fantastic and responded very quickly to any requests. Highly recommend this property for rental. Definitely would rent again.

The house was so large and clean and beautifully decorated, we felt right at homea s soon as we walked in the door! There was plenty of space to hang out and eat inside and on the patio spaces outside and the pool floaties were a nice touch. The kitchen was very well-equipped with plenty of serving plates, cutlery, and other necessities.We were there during a nearby wildfire and Thomas and Ewa made several trips upstairs to clear off the ash to make sure we had a comfortable time outside, while making sure the pool was always ready for us.We would happily stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful and Ewa was very quick to respond to any request or questions we had. Views from the patio were beautiful and the hot tub was a great way to relax during our stay. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking to unwind while in Penticton.

Stunning home and a fantastic location

Great base for cycling trip on KVR and relaxation in the pool/hottub in the evenings. Hosts (onsite) were very welcoming and helpful. House extremely well equipped for everything.

Beautiful House in a spectacular location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ewa's house. The yard is spectacular. We really liked the outdoor dining area and the pool. The house is well stocked for a stay of any length. Location can't be beat if you want to access the Naramata Bench wineries. We would definitely return.

Family vacation

We had a great stay, the hosts were extremely nice and accommodating. Overall a really great vacation. The only thing was that the pictures were out of date and I really wish there was a divider in the living room or more beds to sleep in in the other 2 bedroomsThanks to the owners they were awesome, can’t say enough about the . The house fits if ppl can double up in the extra bedrooms.Pool and hot tub made our stay even better!!

Lovely well appointed property

A good family home with a nice sized pool. Hosts on site and very helpful and discreet. The house was well equipped. Lots of towels, crockery, kitchen and bathroom items etc. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely,spacious home. Beautiful views. Well equipped. We enjoyed our week stay. Lovely outdoor seating areas and gardens and barbecue. Pool and hot tub was very clean. Hosts were great people and available if needed. Location worked very well for wine tours and walking. Super place would definitely stay again.

This property is just what one would hope for when booking on VRBO. It is what it says it is. We spent three days there recently to introduce a visiting friend to the Okanagan and catch up with family who live nearby. The house and yard were a perfect setting. The owners are very sensitive to their guests needs, I just wish I could have thought of something more for them to provide.

This is a lovely house in Penticton. We were a family visiting for a wedding and it had everything we needed.We had 2 cars and the parking was right in the driveway.The main floor is open concept and spacious. Unlike many VRBOs they provided staples such as oil, vinegar, paper towel etc.Nice coffee machine and loads of appliances.The laundry facilities were perfect for us.The bedrooms were spacious and they provided a crib for us.The pool was clean…although we used itSparingly because of cool weather.The walk downtown was around 20-25 minutes. Would recommend for family or 3 couples. The 4th bed is part of a living area next to the kitchen so not as much privacy as if in a bedroom but this was not an issue for us.Lovely place

Fabulous property and hosts - highly recommend

We had a wonderful time in the house with our family of 5. Very clean and comfortable with lovely finishings and thoughtful touches throughout. Excellent location right by the KVR trail if you love biking or walking with spectacular views. The pool was also great to come back to after a day at the beach. Ewa and Thomas were gracious and responsive hosts who really care that their guests enjoy their time in the property. Thank you!

Great Home for a Family Getaway

The house and property were perfect for our vacation. The home is very clean, with extremely well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. I loved the decor, it’s obvious thought and care has gone into this house. The yard is full of flowers and shrubs. The beds were very comfortable and the neighbourhood quiet. The pool is a perfect plus. There are several outdoor spaces to enjoy. We used the balcony/lanai off the dining room all the time. It’s seats many people and has nice views of the hills. I definitely would recommend this vacation rental and we would love to stay again sometime.
