Newly built in 19, with 3 bedrooms (2 beds 160 width with Hokkasen mattresses, 2 beds 140 width). Two bathrooms, one with bathtub and a washing machine, one with shower. A nice kitchen, fully equipped with oven, stovetop, microwave, sandwich/panini press grill, toaster, espresso coffee machine, filter coffee and dishwasher. Dinning area indoor and outdoor, living room with a sofa that can turn into a comfortable bed, a 55" TV with netflix in the living room, two 43" TVs in the bedrooms and fireplace in the living room. You can relax while you can also watch the sea at the same time.
Volos is 13 km from the holiday home.

Gorgeous house in a peaceful location

A modern house in a new development at the water's edge in Platanidia. Spotless, and very well equipped, it's a perfect spot for spending time in a peaceful rural location. Platanidia is a short drive (or bus trip) to Volos, but also has a mini market and a couple of seasonal restaurants. We'll definitely return! Thanks to Andreas for making everything effortless.

Great stay at Villa Ambrosia

This home is very clean, modern and just steps from the cleanest beach in the area. Great wifi connection and very comfortable. The owner has thought of everything - all you need is right here even breakfast items. Such a nice touch. Thank you Andreas. We hope to be back and see you again soon.

Βίλλα Αμβροσία, μια υπέροχη διαμονή σε έναν ωραίο χώρο!

Το σπίτι είχε όλες τις ανέσεις με πολύ άνετα στρώματα και ωραίες κρεβατοκάμαρες, μοντέρνο, με όμορφή διακόσμηση. Ο Ανδρέας μας έδωσε χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για την περιοχή και ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός. Τα υπνοδωμάτια και το καθιστικό είχαν μεγάλη TV με netflix και amazon prime. Η κουζίνα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με ότι μπορούσαμε να χρειαστούμε, πολύ βολική. Πολύ καθαρό, γρήγορο wifi. Η παραλία είναι ακριβώς μπροστά από το συγκρότημα, και υπήρχαν για εμάς ομπρέλα και ξαπλώστρες, τα νερά ήταν πολύ καθαρά. Θα το επισκευτούμε ξανά για τις διακοπές μας.

Beyond any expectations! Loved it!

We loved the house, it is on a perfect location. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, comfortable and fully equipped, with a convenient layout. It was very clean, all the furniture was brand new and the beds and mattresses were very comfortable. The fireplace was keeping warm the whole house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed and more. There was espresso machine, coffee capsules and everything we needed for breakfast. The beach is a few steps away, we walked right out of the veranda and common space and stepped into the beach. The host was very polite, available at any time, and extremely helpful. We hope we'll stay again sometime.
