Rustic house located in a privileged environment between the mountains of the Sanctuary of San Salvador and the Castle of Santueri. The area is an authentic natural paradise with centuries-old olive and oak trees and surrounded by vineyards. The best place for a quiet vacation and achieve the best disconnection. Ideal for holidays with family and / or friends.
The house has three double bedrooms, three interior bathrooms and one exterior in the pool area, a spacious living room, kitchen open to a large dining room and magnificent exterior terraces with incredible views of the mountains and valleys. Near the pool there is a barbecue area to enjoy authentic summer dinners.
A few kilometers away are beautiful beaches and coves with transparent waters. If you are a sports lover, the Vall d'Or golf club is just a few minutes from the house.

Wonderful finca , peaceful and away from any neighbours. Kitchen is well fitted with many pans and utensils. Outside seating is plentiful. Pool is clean and inviting and looked after by a very friendly couple. We have stayed twice and hope to stay again!

Great privat accomodation!

We enjoyed our stay 100%. Villa is very nice, exactly what we were looking for. Great location in the middle of the island. Super private, great views, proper deep pool with crystal water. Good size 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large dining with kitchen, specious sitting room, very nice terrace with spectacular views.

Perfect relaxing family break

A lovely Spanish finca in amazing surroundings, perfect for a relaxing, peaceful get away. We loved the pool and the different outside lounge and dining spaces. It was easy to get to the local supermarket and town by car. An early morning walk up Sant Salvador for incredible views and coffee is recommended!

The house is wonderful. Well equipped with everything guests might need. The layout is perfect enabling sunny and shady seating areas. The pool is beautiful, deep and easy to get into. Amazing views to enjoy and walks nearby. We have had the best holiday! We hope to return

Fabulous property!

We enjoyed an amazing holiday. The property is so quiet and private and the views in all directions are breathtaking. There are so many spaces inside and outside that you can relax and enjoy, I especially love the really spacious terrace which is shaded all day and you can sit back and enjoy the views. The pool is fantastic with a proper deep end, the children loved it. The location was great for us, not too far to Portocolom for the beach, lovely restaurants and shops. But you can also explore other areas of the island really easily. Cristina was the perfect host, our arrival was delayed and she was very accommodating of our changed plans. We would like to return very soon :)

Beautiful peaceful villa

A beautiful peaceful villa with cooling breezes on the main terrace. The villa is halfway up a hill giving it cooling breezes so it stays reasonable temp even without Aircon. It's in a beautiful location and really is a magical place with just birds and sheep for company. Pool is a really good size and has a deep end and really well maintained by a friendly couple once a week. The roads to it are fine, small but if you ignore Google maps when she tries to send you on a dirt road you can stick to tarmac roads which are fine, might be a bit longer but stick to tarmac and you'll avoid the less friendly roads if not 4 wheel drive. Would definitely recommend as really is a lovely villa in a good location to get away from it all.

An authentic pearl in the Mountains

Our family of 5 (kids aged 6,9 & 11) had the best holiday in the early October (26 degrees all week) at this beautiful house in the mountains. The house matched our needs perfectly by being spacious, perfectly tempered inside and having sofas/chairs, beds and bathrooms for everybody. The décor was cosy in the Mallorca-way with ceramic on the wall and a nice folklore style. The outside area was perfectly planned with morning spot in the sun, lunch place in the shadow and dinner with a spectacular view of the Sant Salvador Statue. The pool was super clean but not heated; but when the sun was shining on it - the water was refreshing and just perfect for kids who moved and grownups cooling down. The host was very friendly and quick to reply on mails. We had a wonderful week and would like to give the place, house and host our best recommendations.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool. 2 von 3 Badezimmern sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Spülmaschine wäre nett gewesen und das Haus liegt wirklich sehr sehr ruhig gelegen. Man braucht ca 8 min um nur auf die Hauptstraße zu gelangen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

- tolles Anwesen inmitten ruhiger Natur- man kann Wanderungen von der Unterkunft aus beginnen (z.B. zum Puig de Sant Salvador)- Empfehlung bei der Anreise sich mit den Gastgebern zu treffen und gemeinsam zur Finca zu fahren, da diese beim ersten Mal schwer zu finden ist; danach kein Problem

Top huis en locatie

Het was in de avond even zoeken naar de exacte locatie, maar dan kom je ook bij een klein paradijs terecht. Mooi groot huis met alles wat je nodig hebt. Vooral de veranda en het zwembad zijn fantastisch. De kinderen hebben genoten.

Wunderbare Traumfinca in idyllischer Lage

Herrliche ruhige Lage inmitten der Weinberge, Wandermöglichkeiten direkt von der Haustür aus, sehr gute Ausstattung, bequeme Betten, drei Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad, äußerst geschmackvolle Einrichtung, Toller Außenbereich, mit herrlichem Pool. Sehr schöne Finca in ruhiger, abgeschiedener Lage

Uns hat die Ruhe sehr gefallen. Die Ausstattung der Küche und des Grillplatzes ist sehr gut, so dass man prima kochen kann. Wie schon geschrieben, braucht man unbedingt ein Auto und zur nächsten größeres Straße sind es ein paar Minuten, zum Einkaufen ca. 15 Min Fahrt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Des vacances en famille superbes

L'endroit est super calme, pas de bruit, pas de pollution lumineuse. Il y a de multiples endroits exterieurs, au soleil, à l'ombre.... Très bien équipé. Tout etait vraiment très bien. Il n'y a pas d'air conditionné mais il n'est pas nécessaire car la nuit la temperature redescend et on peut donc bien dormir. Si on doit trouver un seul petit defaut, mais juste pour dire quelque-chose, c'est qu'il n'y a pas de lave-vaiselle. En résumé, parfait pour des vacances en famille au calme, avec la piscine et le BBQ. Vraiement super.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen: Sehr nette Vermieter, eine ruhige Lage mit Blick bis zum entfernt schimmernden Meer, verschiedenen Terrassen und der (gegenüber den Bildern deutlich aufgewertete) schöne Poolbereich, mehr als komplett ausgestattete Küche, viel Platz und sehr sauber. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Dank großem Schreibtisch und einer Internetanbindung, die auch für Videokonferenzen schnell genug ist, eignet sich das Haus auch hervorragend, wenn man von dort aus arbeiten möchte. Vielen Dank an Christina und Familie, dass wir unseren Urlaub an diesem schönen Platz verbringen durften.
