Un petit paradis

Dans un petit écrin de verdure, proche des couches , on se sent bien dan le gîte de Mariusz. Accueil et disponibilité et petites attentions fait maison. Merci 🙏 Gîte confortable spacieux et bien équipé. Parfait pour la déconnexion et central pour découvrir la région du Marais Poitevin.

Kom helemaal tot rust.

We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door dhr. Kasak. De vakantiewoning was heel ruim, netjes en van alle benodigdheden voorzien. De buurt was heel rustig en uitstekend om te fietsen. Er zijn prachtige bewegwijzerde fietsroutes in de onmiddellijke omgeving en gezellige, kleine dorpjes onderweg. Er valt heel wat te beleven. Wij hadden er een prachtige vakantie ! Een aanrader !!!

Un endroit spacieux et confortable idéalement placé pour de belles balades dans le marais poitevin. La maison est bien meublée avec des équipements complets. Le propriétaire est accueillant.

Joli gîte au calme

Le gîte de Mariusz est très agréable et confortable, propre et spacieux et très bien situé pour des balades à vélo ou sur les canaux du marais poitevin.

Absolutely amazing

We arrived at the barn after a long journey to be greeted with lots of lovely goodies left for us by the owner Mariusz. The barn is beautifully decorated and spotless. Our dog loved the garden and was quite smitten with the owners dog who is so cute and sweet. From the beams to the beautiful decor the barn was somewhere that I would stay again and again. The garden was full of fruit trees and the grape vine that grew across the front of the barn was full of the sweetest grapes I had ever tasted. There is a boat trip in st sigismond that you really should try. We hired a rowing boat for a small fee and had the best time. We spotted water voles herons and beavers to name a few little critters that spoilt us with their cheeky curiosity. The area is beautiful with fields of sunflowers and corn and the weather was beautiful too. It was even lovely being woken up by Mariuszes Cockerell who came to say hello along with a mother chicken that loved showing off her chicks to us. The walks were amazing around the barn and if you turned left as you left the drive gate you was greeted with forest walks that went on forever so perfect if you had a dog like us who even though she is 14 loves nothing better than a good country walk. Thankyou Mariusz for making us feel so welcome and so looking forward to coming back to see you again next year. We all loved our holiday and leaving was very hard for us but we know that we will definitely be back. Especially if we can have some more of your jumpy honey from your own bees. A truly wonderful experience.

maison spacieuse et bien située

Maison spacieuse , agréable et très bien équipée. Le jardin est parfait pour manger dehors et profiter des arbres fruitiers ; le marais poitevin est tout proche pour pouvoir faire un tour en barque et découvrir les canaux. Mariusz notre sympathique hôte est très hospitalier et nous avons aussi apprécié son miel ! Gite à recommander.

Formidable ! A réserver sans hésiter.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison qui est vraiment un oasis de calme ! Tout est prévu pour notre confort, la maison est très spacieuse, entièrement refaite, très propre et très bien équipée. Elle est aussi parfaitement située pour visiter la région. Le propriétaire s'est montré absolument à l'écoute et il a pris soin de nous avec une grande discrétion pendant tout le séjour. Il nous a même offert des légumes de son potager , du miel de ses ruches et une bouteille pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue ! Nous recommandons absolument ce gîte et nous remercions encore son propriétaire !

Fantastic place in the Marais Poitevan

Great place to stay in the Marais Poitevan. Fabulous accommodation which has all the amenities that you need whilst on holiday. Great local cycle rides and plenty more within an hour's reach. A superb part of the French countryside. And of course not forgetting the best of owners; Mariusz and his very friendly dog (Kietek).
