The house is located at a beautiful location. The view is excellent and the ocean is nearby. The house overall is good and enjoyable. It is not the most neat house but it did not bother us much. We reallt enjoyed the pool and the views.

Loved it - spacious, view, heated pool

All fine...Nice balcony with mainly mountain views, quiet. Loved the heated pool! Only the kitchen knives were blunt as in all holiday homes...

Overall good.

Constructive feedback is always good for improvement so here goes:The positive - stunning views, clean and tidy, well equipped, comfy beds, good location (car absolutely necessary), good size pool, very good communication with rental company.Negative - a little difficult to find, pool not cleaned often enough and although heated had to be turned up as too cold, a couple of bottles of water would have been appreciated on arrival, barking dogs.In general though a good stay and would recommend.

Thank you very much for your constructive and balanced feedback. We truly appreciate the time you took to share your experience and are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the views, comfort, location, and especially the communication with our team. It's wonderful to know you'd recommend the house. We also want to sincerely thank you for pointing out the areas where we can improve. Regarding the pool cleaning, we will review the frequency with our maintenance team to ensure it meets expectations. About the temperature, our team is always happy to assist with adjustments, and we’ll look at how we can better communicate this option upon arrival. Your suggestion about the bottled water is noted – it's a thoughtful detail that can definitely enhance the welcome experience, and we will evaluate including it in the future. As for the barking dogs, we’re very sorry for any disturbance – although it's something external to our control, we understand how it can affect the sense of peace during the stay. Thanks again for your helpful comments. We hope to welcome you again soon and offer an even better experience. Warm regards, The Casitas Canarias Team

Villa with fantastic views

The villa is up in the mountains above Agaete. Wonderful views of the valley and also across to Tenerife and Mount Teide. Car essential and need to be comfortable with steps down to property.

alles super
