It is the ideal place to meet with family or friends. Surrounded by chestnut woods, meadows where the herds of Charolais graze, the house is completely independent. Lovers of walking or cycling will find pleasure in discovering the paths of hikes, pretty villages and old mansions around. Those who love nature, space and calm will be satisfied and will be able to devote themselves to reading or lazing around in the shade of century-old oaks. Comfort is assured with a large kitchen, a large living room, a large entrance hall, 4 bedrooms, two of which are upstairs, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. A beautiful, relaxing house

We so enjoyed staying in this beautiful house. It was in such a tranquil position. Annick and her daughter were able to great us and ensure we knew all about the property and good places to visit in the area. The house is well equipped and comfortable. The showers were great. The real bonus was the atttached barn where we could play table tennis and table football when the weather' wasnt so kind to us.

Le logement était conforme à la description, nous avons été accueillis par la propriétaire de façon très chaleureuse.La literie est très confortable, nous étions 8 adultes et avons passé un excellent séjour avec pour seule compagnie de proximité une multitude de vache très curieuses d’avoir de nouveaux voisins, le calme est absolu.Nous recommandons cette location pour des vacances calmes et dépaysantes à la campagne.

Superbe séjour au vert

Annick nous a très bien accueilli et a pris le temps de bien tout nous expliquer sur sa maison de campagne familiale. Parfaitement adaptée aux familles avec enfant, au calme de la campagne, une vraie déconnexion qui fait du bien ! Sa maison est parfaitement située pour rayonner autour et découvrir la Vendée, on a adoré! Encore merci pour tout ! On recommande chaudement !

Séjour...Nature...Calme...

Séjour dans une ancienne ferme parfaitement entretenue, en retrait de la route, calme et tranquillité, avec pour voisins, quelques vaches, leurs veaux et un magnifique mâle ! Contact simple et agréable avec la "propriétaire" des lieux. Idéalement situé, pour aller au Puy du fou ou visiter le Marais Poitevin. Nombreux chemins de randonnée...

La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. Le jardin est grand et ombragé. Possibilité de manger dehors ou à l'intérieur selon le temps. Séjour très agréable. Idéal pour les enfants.

Un havre de paix

Très jolie demeure familiale idéalement située au cœur de la Vendée, au milieu des points stratégiques : les sables d'Olonne, les marais Poitevin et le Puy du Fou. L'accueil par sa propriétaire est chaleureux. La maison est très agréable : reste fraîche en période de canicule, spacieuse et tous les éléments sont présents pour passer un bon séjour. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité de chemins de randonnées depuis le gîte (à faire à pied ou en VTT). D'autres sentiers moins connus et un peu plus loin méritent le détour : le sentier du lac de la Vouraie ainsi que le lac et la forêt de Mervent.

Really lovely old farm house. Big in size 9 of us stayed here which did not make us feel crowded

The farm house was exactly what we were looking for. Really quiet at the end of the lane. Plenty of space inside and out. Was allowed to treat as our own with only a few rules of do.s and don't.s. really enjoyed our stay.

Belle maison et terrain avec de belles prestations .Idéale pour des vacances en famille .Assez proche des principales activités touristiques tout en étant en campagne au milieu des vaches. A conseiller pour des séjours reposants au coeur de la nature ( ballades , lacs ....) ou dynamiques ( Puy du Fou , la Citée des Machines à Nantes , Les Sables D'Olonne , la Rochelle.....).Annick la propriétaire sera pleines attentions à votre égard .
