Wonderful, newly renovated, in the very desirable Yacht Club neighborhood

NEWLY RENOVATED 6 PERSON HOT TUB WITH A SALT WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM! Our newly renovated home has three bedrooms plus a den with a QUEEN SIZED foldout couch. There are three full baths and the master bath has a large, double granite sink vanity, a two person shower and a separate W/C. The walk in master closet features built in "his and her" cedar storage. The master bedroom has a wonderfully comfortable king sized bed with side tables dresser and chest. The two tastefully furnished guest bedrooms have queen beds with cotton quilts and thick carpet for your comfort. The large kitchen is wonderful with all new appliances, a granite eating and bar area and looks out on the pool, hot tub, canal, living and dining area. There is a 20 bottle, built in wine cooler in the dining area.

The living room is equipped with leather sofas with a 43" ultra HD flat screen smart TV. It also has a Bluetooth Harmon Kardon speaker which can be used anywhere on the property when synced with your Bluetooth devise.

The décor is relaxed, not cluttered, peaceful, calming artwork decorates the walls. The view of the canal is unobstructed by a screen and gentle breezes and sunshine kiss the pool. The heated pool was completely redone in February of 2017 and has a brand new salt water system so we no longer add any chlorine. This is a wonderful system that leaves you feeling great. The pool and patio is surrounded by new landscaping and the large pool patio has lots of furniture for dining, sunbathing, relaxing and entertaining. A glass topped table with 6 comfortable chairs is perfect for outside dining.

The waterfront has just been redone and includes a boat lift with a cover, new decking and a large sitting area. Plenty of room for your boat at the dock.


The den has a new leather queen sized sleeper sofa with a storage coffee table plus a desk and chair with a wireless printer. This is where you can sleep an extra person or two if need be.

There is a complete laundry room with a great washer and dryer as well as a separate sink, ironing board and iron and a DustBuster. The house has a trusty Electrolux vacuum as well as a rechargeable vacuum in the pantry.

In the spotless two car garage we have two bicycles, golf clubs, beach chairs and extra pool toys. We also have our car in there so there is only room for 1 more vehicle.

The front entrance has been beautifully relandscaped. We have doorbells at the front and back doors.

This home is in a great location and is convenient and to Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Fort Myers Beach, Pine Island and Fort Myers. We are eleven blocks from downtown Cape Coral which is a charming area with wonderful restaurants and lots of shopping and we are 10 blocks from the Cape Coral Yacht Club and the Boathouse Restaurant. Either to town or the Yacht Club it is a nice walk or a short bike ride. By boat we are just a few minutes to the Caloosahatche RIver which takes you to Fort Myers or the Islands or the Gulf Of Mexico.
