Apartment on the mezzanine floor of a beautiful art nouveau villa in the first row on the promenade of the Republic, recently restored, with large garden, very close to the center. Capacity 4 beds. Double bedroom, living room / kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom, large terrace overlooking the sea where you can eat. Parquet floors. Discounts for stays of 2 weeks or more. Possibility of uncovered parking inside the property. At check-in a security deposit of 300 euros is required, refundable upon check out.

Herrliche Ferien in schöner Jugendstilvilla

Reizende Vermieter, 40m zum Badestrand, Wohnung neu renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Kein unnötiger Whirlpool , sondern eine tolle "Whirlpool"-Waschmaschine. Große Wohnung und Terrasse nach Osten Richtung Meer, großer Garten mit schönen Bäumen, Fahrräder. Mängel: neue Stühle am Esstisch sind leider zu niedrig, ein bequemer Sessel zum Fernsehen wäre noch schön . Grottamare ist ein hübscher, sehr gepflegter Ort, in dem es alles gibt, was man braucht. Dass an der Adria in den Marken der Zug nahe am Strand entlang fährt, Ist bekannt, aber die Wohnung hat gut schallgedämmte Fenster.

Grazie Heidi e Udo per la recensione e per i consigli, spero di rivedervi se ci sarà l’occasione, è stato un piacere avervi ospiti! PS la lavatrice aveva il piedino sotto di essa allentato e vibrava, ora l’abbiamo messa a posto :)
