Sweet Walloon Lake Cottage

Best of lake vacations! Pretty, lakeshore Walloon Lake Cottage on the North Arm, conveniently located 10 minutes from Petoskey, Bay Harbor and Walloon Lake Village. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one full bath and one shower). The two upstairs bedrooms have mini-split a/c, main floor does not have a/c but has ceiling fans. Cottage newly furnished with modern and comfortable furnishings. Includes well-stocked kitchen, new gas grill, fire pit and lake-side picnic area. 256 square foot private dock with large area for sunbathing and docking 2 boats. Large front and back yards for playing. Open floor plan with living, dining and updated kitchen including gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. Beautiful hiking trails behind cottage. The cottage sleeps 8, but that would be 4 adults and 4 kids as one of the bedrooms has a full bed, a twin bed and two trundle beds. The comfortable maximum for just adults would be 6 adults.
