Nice patio where you can enjoy a good meal with a drink in privacy. The whole family will enjoy it here! The owners of the house live on the plot, which leads to sharing the garden with them. The entrance level houses a newly renovated country kitchen with a dining area, a large lovely dining room that also includes a cozy corner where you can read a good book. Beautiful sliding doors from the dining room to the kitchen and the nice porch. The entrance level also has a fresh fully tiled bathroom. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, one of which also has a small sleeping alcove (former maid's room) with a single bed. Perfect for a child or young person to crawl into. There is also a TV room and another fully tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower. Washing machine in the basement. Several bathing spots within easy driving distance, the closest being Rossö 7 km, with jetty, cliffs, jumping tower and small shallow bay. Also take the opportunity to hike in the nature reserve on Rossö. Here there are nice walking areas consisting of oak groves and meadows. It is also a popular birdwatching spot with good chances of seeing both eagles and waders. Here are also excellent fishing waters for mackerel and trout. Experience the archipelago and the fishing villages around Orust. Take the ferry to Käringön or Gullholmen, visit charming Mollösund and Hälleviksstrand. Close to services and grocery store in Varekil, 8 km. If you are interested in shopping, you should not miss a visit to Göksäter with the bargain store Arvid Eriksson, which is popularly known as "Lilla Ullared" and is only 5 km from your home.
