Luxurious apartment of high level completely renovated with quality materials, entrance hall, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms: one of 25 sqm with a sofa bed, one of 16 sqm and one of 14 sqm, each with television, air conditioning and wardrobe. There is also a garden of 30 square meters. The apartment can accommodate up to 6/8 people (children 50% discount). Very convenient and central location near all tourist spots, 150 meters from piazza cavour, 300 meters from the historic center, 400 meters from the port.

Appartamento cittadino ampio e ben arredato, completamente ristrutturato di recente. La zona è comoda sia per eccedere al centro di Ancona che per uscire velocemente dalla città e raggiungere spiagge/parco del Conero o visitare spendidi borghi dell'anconetano.

Central location, large bedrooms, very clean and modern with outdoor area.

The host was very easy to communicate with and offered weekly cleaning and fresh linen.

schöne, zentrumsnahe Wohnung

Wir (1 Paar) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser Wohnung, die sehr zentral liegt und man sehr viel in Ancona zu Fuß erreichen kann. Parkplatz (Bezahlticket) haben wir immer direkt in der Straße gefunden oder auch kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe (ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg). Die Kommunikation mit Francesco hat sehr gut geklappt. Vielen Dank Francesco und viele Grüße

Great appartment

Everything is as described. The apartment is clean and comfortable. It is not far away from the city and about 15 minutes from the beach (pebbles). To recommed!
