One could not surpass this location. The building is lovely and off the street over a courtyard with multiple restaurants to choose from. We had easy walks to restaurants, bars, shopping and more. There is a great coffee and hot breakfast place at the end of the block and across the street. Easy 25 minute walk to the Titanic exhibit. Very clean and well appointed apartment. Robert was a fantastic host.
Would highly recommend this property and Robert! Perfectly located in a great area of Belfast, with shopping, pubs and great restaurants all within walking distance. Two train stations close as well for extended adventure. Robert is super communicative and fast to respond. Huge when you’re a foreign traveler. I will stay here anytime I am In Belfast!! Thank you Robert

Update to listing address is needed
Everything was lovely, however a very mild warning to anyone booking this place in terms of getting to the property. The address is actually 7 Edward Street and not the address in the listing. When we arrived in Belfast, we provided the taxi with the address from the listing (212 Albert Court), which took us to a residential area on the east side of town (as confirmed by Google Maps). Thankfully the cab driver said it didn’t seem right to drop us there, so we called the VRBO host and got the right location to go to (which was about 15 minutes drive). To make matters worse, when we arrived at the right location, we contacted the owner again to find out where to meet and he was confused because he had given the keys to someone else only 10-15 minutes earlier and he was on his way driving out of the city. This was an innocent mistake and he drove back to sort it out with us and the other renters (who realized they were in the wrong flat) before the host arrived back. This shows an example of how very attentive the host, Robert, was to our every request. He was a real pleasure to communicate with and he was very proactive with his communication. In addition to being great to deal with, Robert was also a terrific host in terms of going above and beyond with making us feel at home. The apartment as beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and beds, plus he unexpectedly provided us with a full loaf of bread, crisps, breakfast cereal, eggs, milk and a few other snacks

Response from VrboOwner on 9 May 2025
The address on the listing is correct, however, it is not appropriate for accommodation addresses to be published here. This review should be amended to remove the addresses shown and has been reported to VRBO for that action.
Within easy walking distance to City Centre and all the pubs and restaurants one could want. Also, quick access to highways for further locations. The apartment was clean with plenty of amenities. The owner was friendly and attentative. Would stay here again and hope to do so!
Beautiful apartment in upmarket square very close to city centre. Possible to most places of interest but as weather not very clement during our stay, we drove mostly. Fantastic to have convenient parking place. All good!
