Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, der Pool ist prima, der Besitzer, der nebenan wohnt, war quasi unsichtbar und gar kein Problem. Es gibt auch einen natürlichen Sichtschutz. Zum Minimarkt ums Eck kann man gemütlich gehen, Restaurants, größere Einkäufe im Supermarkt und Strände sind aber nur mit Auto zu bewältigen. Die Strände sind Geschmackssache: die schönen Strände sind in der Hauptsaison extrem voll. Negativ anzumerken beim Haus ist die Klimaanlage, die zwar das Wohnzimmer kühlt, aber keinen Schlafraum. Auch wenn man alle Türen offen lässt, die Schlafräume kriegt man nicht gekühlt.

Anders als erwartet

Bei Ankunft war die Unterkunft sauber und die Gastgeber hatten uns eine Flasche Wein, Kirschen und Spezialitäten in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war auch sehr nett und bemüht. Die Verständigung war etwas schwierig. Was uns nicht bewusst war, war das die Gastgeber in der anderen Doppelhaushälfte mit teilweiser Sicht auf den Pool leben. Hätten wir dies gewusst, wäre das Objekt nicht in Frage gekommen, da wir doch eher unsere Privatsphäre wünschen. Am Haus haben Schwalben genistet, einerseits putzig andererseits wurden wir regelmässig im Pool mit Vogelexkrementen beschossen, hierfür kann der Gastgeber nichts, aber nach 2 Wochen sah es rund um den Pool und auf den Treppen einfach dementsprechend aus. Neben den wundervollen Schwalben hatten wir auch das Vergnügen von balzigen Hähnen 14 Stunden am Tag beschallt zu werden. Hier kann ebenfalls der Gastgeber nichts dafür, nichtsdestotrotz war es extrem nervig um 4 Uhr morgens durch das Machtgehabe der Hähne geweckt zu werden. Die Klimaanlage kühlt nur im Wohnzimmer, was allerdings nicht so schlimm ist, da es im hinteren Schlafzimmer so muffig roch das wir dort das Fenster immer offen lassen mussten. Verbesserungsvorschläge um das Haus den Preis entsprechend aufzuwerten: -Das Mobilar müsste langsam erneuert werden, zB die Couch im Wohnzimmer belohnte jede Bewegung unserer 8jährigen Tochter mit einem Pling der Sprungfedern, auch die Betten hatten einen ähnlichen Unterhaltungswert, Am ersten Tag fiel der Duschkopf ab, dann funktionierte die AC nicht mehr (wurde umgehend repariert) und einer der Schrankböden ist auch nur noch rudimentär befestigt. -Die im Erdgeschoss vorhandene Bar würde viel mehr Freude bringen, wenn ein Kühlschrank vorhanden wäre. Das Trampolin sowie der Toaster waren unauffindbar, diese sollten aus der Anzeige gestrichen werden. Auch die Dartscheibe wurde erst auf Anfragen organisiert. Tipp für zukünftige Mieter: Die Bettdecken sind zu klein für die Bettbezüge weshalb man nach zwei Umdrehungen im Bett nur noch einen Knoten hat und die Kissen zu sperrig, hier sollte man sich evtl von Zuhause die Bettwäsche mitbringen Fazit: Die Vermieter sind nett und wer sich nicht daran stört in direkter Nähe zum Vermieter Urlaub zu machen, sollte hier keine Scheu haben. Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung in Ordnung, nur der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Mit ein paar Investitionen und einer Grundreinigung des hinteren Zimmers könnte man viel mehr rausholen aus dem Objekt.
